A 911 call reporting a possible suicide was made to police at 10 a.m., a dispatcher said. Seau lives in a two-story home on the south end of The Strand. The NFL is also being sued by former players (including Jim McMahon) alleging that NFL knew risks of concussions and purposefully misled players. Doing more with counseling, etc, could only help. Compare Jim McMahon concussion and what was required to be put back in the game to Troy Aikman to Tony Romo. Making counseling available really wouldnt be evidence that in 1986 the NFL knew the risks of concussions and didnt do anything. If anything making counseling available would support the NFL's argument. "We had no idea it was this bad. As soon as the impact became apparent we immediately started to take action to prevent it."
