Alexei makes a play like that where there are maybe 2 or 3 other SS who could even come close to making, then he does something so boneheaded you don't see an 8 year old SS make. Maybe tonight's the night he gets everything turned on.

Obviously this will prove nothing since if he pitches well everyone will dismiss it because of the opponent, but I really think he has a better chance to succeed in this scenario.

He had this pattern last year. Pitch good against horrid teams, then get rocked by everyone else.
