GT: 9/1/2012 THIS IS REAL Sox vs Tiggers

Featured Replies

Hopefully A-Gone or Cody Ross won't show up in the Tigers' line-up now.

Or Lew Ford.

Throw strikes, Septimo.

What a great time for this team to completely go to sleep.

On the bright side, we play Minnesota at home after this series.

And they play Cleveland.

Could be seeing some decent pitching from the Twins next week with Deduno, Diamond and Walters??

Ridiculous managing by Ventura.

I like what he's doing here playing the match-up. Even if Septimo walks Avila, it sets up the DP

Uribe's best days are long gone

So are Beckham's. Plus Uribe can play 3 positions.

If they can't win at home against bad teams in September, they're cooked.

It's hard to imagine beating DET 3/4 with how things are going right now against the Tigers.

Not unlike Peavy in the 7th last night.

I had no problem with Peavy starting. He's suppose to be an elite pitcher and if he wants that big money next season, he needs to earn it.

Sox need to go 5-1 next week and hope the Tigers go 3-3. If the Sox do lose tomorrow, it's time to really start rooting against Oakland, Tampa, Baltimore and LAA.

No idea where that 2-0 pitch missed

That third pitch was a strike to me.

Well bullpen, that's 2 impressive outs.

Two different zones today

All these extra pitchers are making managing way too fun for Robinho

One more out away from being out of the inning.

NEXT IN....

Ventura turning into Tony LaRussa here with all the relievers available in SEPT.

At least Bama is owning the overrated Wolverines.

Floyd Mayweather isn't happy

Jones .192 vs. LHB, .328 against RHB.

VENTURA IS AN IDIOT.

Does Ventura even look at the splits?

Jones CANNOT get right-handers out.

Yep, that's about right
