So is he considered over the hill by this time? He's a rookie and a very good one.

Viciedo is still young as well, unless 24 is also too old.

We have a whole thread about Josh Phegley, who is 25.

Yet people on this board are making fun of them - at least they're in a rebuild. The White Sox have no youth other than Chris Sale worth getting excited about at all.

That's an exaggeration. We have 3 young left handed starters that most teams would kill for.

Shouldn't you be telling us how he's just as talented as Sale?

I never said that, and I don't think he is. I would take him over Peavy. That said, give me the Cubs offense over this Sox offense. Their offense is putting up huge numbers right now.

Cubs with 53 more XB hits than the White Sox, Top 4-5 in MLB in that category.

White Sox 28th, ahead of only the Dodgers and Marlins (last in AL).

So my best friend was on TV a LOT today, and just made Deadspin.....for all the wrong reasons.

To be clear, my friend is the one GETTING domed off. All 3 of us used to play on a softball team together, but the guy giving the fake BJ is a real "blow hard".

Javier Baez going nuts of late, 3 homers already today. IMO, he's going to be used to acquire a #1 or 2 starting pitcher.

If I'm the Cubs, maybe I'm trading Castro instead.

s***, I wouldn't mind. Relievers find it and lose it all the time. Brad Lidge's ERAs progressively went from 5.28 to 3.36 to 1.95 to 7.21 to 2.96 to 1.40 to 9.64. Marmol has trouble throwing strikes, but the stuff is still there.
