Holland hasn't been throwing strikes. Flowers the only one willing to wait.

Maybe break up the over swinging, free swinging cubans in the lineup.

Stone hasn't got the memo about Gillaspie. It's pronounced Gillespie.

4-41 combined in their career off of Guthrie

If De Aza hits a bomb here, a lot of you...

Wake up, De Aza, it was only a dream!

Beckham has reached 4 times as well!!

Oh god De Aza, f***ing awful.

at least they kept fighting

Not Impressive................................

Good start Gavin, nice work Hector, TFlow, Gordo.

Thanks De Aza

I have no problem if Beckham continues doing this sort of thing

THANKS DE AZA. WAY TO MAKE UP FOR ALL THE SUCK YOU HAD TODAY.

Pitched well enough to win, we're going to win all 162 unfortunately. Still major issues with the construction of this lineup against RHP, but at least Flowers is showing he isn't a liability vs RHP so far.

There's a lot to like today more so than yesterday. Difficult to separate the things that irritate from the things that may matter.

T-Flo Beckham are the things to watch intently, not our fielding. I'm not going to go insane over what thus far is a real small sample size in the field

If I'm taking a positive from today, it's Flowers and Gordon.

Viciedo and De Aza got some major issues though. Throw Kepp in there as well.

And the bullpen has looked great so far.

Too early to swap the bottom and top of the lineups?

Hate losing the last game even if you win a series.

When was the last 9th inning comeback that included a walk-off at home? I think there was one in 2011 (vs. Oakland I wanna say), but I'm not so sure about last year. Certainly seems like it's been forever.

Fitting ending. Hopefully the next series goes a little better for De Aza

Middle of our lineup got absolutely murdered today. Guthrie did pitch well though, maybe deserved to give up 2 or 3, so it isn't like these games won't happen.

Yeah and Floyd was decent. With some run support maybe he'd have a W. Hector was good, too. I don't want to think of the bad things...I get too pi$$ed off.

I really, really, really hate winning the first two games of a 3-gamer and dropping that last one. I really, really do. I'd rather win one, lose one, win one, or lose one, win two. We used to do this with the Cubs all the f***ing time and I hated it.

Dankd last year? Konerko last year? No idea if those were at home.

After winning two games and losing one, I always feel like I won two games and lost one.

DET will switch places with you if you hate it.
