An Dodgers fan told me on another board that Bellasario is/was notorious for that.

Jones wasn't good but he had two awful calls go against him, one which made it 2-1 instead of 1-2 which ended up in a 3-2 walk, and one strike 3 not called which lead to an RBI double.
