Come on Adam, get that runner from third in.

reminds me of Quentin's 1st season with the Sox

Watching game on WGN. If this offense can keep up this type of play all year we will be in the hunt IMO. Abreu is a monster

Wrong about what? Above average doesnt not equal great. So we agree.

It was more than above average in his first seasons with the Cubs.

Snippet

Alfonso Soriano has done it again. For the third straight season,

Soriano takes top honors in throwing for a left fielder. As in past

years, Soriano excelled in nailing baserunners.

Just needed contact Dunn

not even pissed that Dunn's got his first hat trick of the season

Best part was Abreu waiting back on that 3rd curveball to drive the sucker. Now if he can teach Viciedo that....

Avi pulling his head.

That's a big if.

Kind of went off the end of the bat a bit and still got it to 400 feet. Amazing

Just got home, I'm sure there will be an Abreu highlight.

I know I talk about not jumping to conclusions a lot, but color me concerned about Garcia.

Come on Trayce!

Every manager he's ever played for would agree. Guys with good arms don't play 2nd and LF.

Joe Jackson played LF.

Come on Trayce!

Garcia is younger than Trayce Thompson.

Paid attendance 11k

If he had shoes he would have played RF

OK Nate, you have a 3 run lead, don't throw it away by walking everyone.

Did he pass the eye test?

I like that the Sox are playing tough teams after today. We'll have a decent gauge in the next 3-4 weeks.

Jones quit nibbling.

wtf jones

lol and what does he do? Gets ahead 0-2 and throws 4 straight balls.

Parent was so pissed at Jones yesterday, he was stomping around the dugout

Trayce is better looking.

I'm just seeing some natural thing Avi does that concern me. Bad reads. Bad swing plane. I ignored them last year because we were so god awful last year. After reading some things this off season, it seems like there might be some issues that aren't correctable.
