He has gotten picked off first at least once and had a few struggles in LF, but, in general...he's been better than 2013.

 

Low standard or bar to jump over, though...for sure.

EJ looks absolutely miserable every time they show a close up of him.

Johnson just has great movement tonite on the offspeed stuff.

He was with his fastball in the beginning but has lost that location with the fastball but throwing his off speed really well.

Oh ok I was under the impression he could get it up to 93-94. Guess he's more of a guy that sits around 90-92, which makes sense given his 3rd/4th starter profile. His breaking stuff is nasty however if he can command those two different breaking balls he has 90-92 is plenty.
