April 29, 201411 yr Erik Johnson needs to take some notes from Rienzo to show a little fire on the mound. I like it. Pitched real well. Offense is insane in the month of April.

April 29, 201411 yr The offense is for real. Maybe not 900 runs, real. But if Eaton and Abreu stay in the lineup all season, this team could easily have a 200 run improvement over last year.

April 29, 201411 yr Rienzo settled in nicely. Pitched different this time, more cut fastballs and sliders as opposed to the curve . Only went to the curve late. Sox continuing to hit wel with RISP. Eaton, Semien, De Aza ,Alexei and Abreu all with big hits.

April 29, 201411 yr Sox really did a nice job. We really b**** slapped that team. Nice to see a team probably happy to get the hell out of town. Sox never quit, hit the bleep out of the ball. Got decent to good pitching. Great series. I love that double by Semien. He isn't hitting for high average, but on occasion he just smashes the ball. Love to see our balls sailing over opposing outfielders' heads. 3 of 4 vs. a good team and we really abused Price in that one inning. Had to shellshock him.
April 29, 201411 yr All hail lord Abreu. And Rienzo and Carroll stepping up big time this week. Hopefully that lights a fire under EJ's ass and maybe Paulino can flourish in the pen.
April 29, 201411 yr This is probably the most fun I've had watching the Sox since 2010 when they went on that 26-5 tear starting the day the Hawks clinched the Stanley Cup.

Doesn't have a high average, but when he hits, it's at the best time and he smashes s***. Really great to see him up in clutch situations...it seems like he performs most of the time.
