I tried to get Packers vs Bears tickets, but had no luck.

Ya it can be tough to target a specific game and get the tickets. I at least managed to get 2 tickets vs the Vikings but theyre in the corner of the end zone. Oh well, at least it shouldnt be too cold on November 1st.

At least they go on sale and you a shot to get tickets to a game.

Packer tickets don't go on sale. Games are sold out forever.

Found this on packers.com, I love how they call this an "easy and efficient method"

Packers Single-Game Tickets

From time to time, a visiting team returns tickets for a game at Lambeau Field. When such an occasion occurs, the tickets will be made available immediately on Ticketmaster.com. The Packers are pleased to offer this easy and efficient method to purchasing tickets, if they are available.

Got to the Brett Favre retirement thing on Saturday up in Green Bay.

Love that stadium. Even non-Packer fans should try to get up there once and check it out. Pretty amazing.

1 week away from Training Camp boys. I am anxious to hear how all these new Bears are looking. Not that I think they will be very good record wise but its going to be really interesting to see how they are used and who Fox and Fangio wind up liking .

Just got an email that the Bears season tickets are in the mail! Unfortunately, I think their winning percentage will be worse than the Sox. However, the expectations are lower as well. I expected the Sox to be over .500 not so much for the Bears.

If they win 6 games i'll be amazed.

That's whats nice. They can win 6-8 games this year and I would be fine with that as long as I get to see the team going in the right direction and have a lot of the young guys show development.

I think the only reason they end up with a sub .500 record is due to a tough schedule. I'm guessing 6 or 7 wins.

I think Fangio will get a lot out of these guys on defense. Really wish McDonald's wasn't't a turd because I would have really liked a Ratliff-Goldman-McDonald front. Think they would have been really tough to run on. That said I'm an Ego fan as well and think he wins the job over Jenkins.

I expect to see a lot of good things this year. .500 woukdnt shock me one bit to be honest.

Houston and Allen can't be worse. Young will be as good. McPhee will be good for 7-8 sacks. Fuller should be better. Rolle is definitely an upgrade over Conte. They should be .500, but if they're going to be .500, I hope they're 2-14. 8-8 doesn't get you in and I'd much rather have a shot at Cook or Hackenberg or Jones.

I have zero expectations for this season, but I still got excited when I got that e-mail. Football weekends are just awesome.

I dont know. Houston and Allen actually could be worse. They are moving to a defense that Allen has never played in nor wanted to play in. Houston is a douchebag it appears and may not be a fit anywhere. Young is coming off a bad injury and wont be ready until mid-season at best. This is McPhee's first year playing full time and we really dont know if he can have his part time production to translate once he is the primary focus of the other teams blocking schemes.

NFL suspended Chiefs #1 CB 3 games for his DUI plea.

SO for comparison, DUI = 3 games, beating the crap out of your significant other = 4 games

Pretty equally terrible imo but yeah both should be more.

Not being as helpful in an investigation for deflating footballs...4 games.

I believe they are suspended without pay, so keep in mind it's also a 20% dock into their salary.

Bears have expressed interest in TE Jermaine Gresham.

I would love that. For whatever reason I think Gresham is underrated in the league.

Gase used a lot of 2 TE sets in Denver even with the 3 solid WRs he has had.

The Saints release Junior Gallette due to multiple incidents this past offseason. One year after signing a 4 year 41.5M contract and paying him 18M upfront

Houston had 11 tackles and 1 sack last year. If you think he'll be that bad again- keeping in mind he's going to a 3-4 again where he first made a name for himself- you're not giving him enough credit. He may be a d-bag but he's not a bad football player.

Saints are also a mess. That team is probably only going to get worse.
