April 6, 201511 yr Soler with a nice few bobbles in RF assuring Heyward scores easily from 2nd base. Cubs losing in 2015. Never thought I'd see it.
April 6, 201511 yr Author QUOTE (Rowand44 @ Apr 5, 2015 -> 03:02 PM) Openly rooting for the Cubs this first series. Yup. Screw that. Hate the Cardinals but I'd love to see the Cubs hype all crushed in a matter of 4 days.
April 6, 201511 yr QUOTE (Buehrle>Wood @ Apr 5, 2015 -> 09:40 PM) Screw that. Hate the Cardinals but I'd love to see the Cubs hype all crushed in a matter of 4 days. ya but you don't live in St. Louis.
April 6, 201511 yr The villainization of A-Rod has gone so far, I feel like it's about to complete the circle and people will be actively rooting for him. (I am one of those people because I would just find it hilarious if he has a good year.)
April 6, 201511 yr J.D. Martinez with the first homer of the 2015 season. Avila with the second... Both oppos. Edited April 6, 201511 yr by pettie4sox
April 6, 201511 yr QUOTE (BigHurt3515 @ Apr 6, 2015 -> 12:39 PM) Phil Hughes getting hit around Reminds me of this...
April 6, 201511 yr QUOTE (flavum @ Apr 6, 2015 -> 12:37 PM) JD Martinez first homer of the 2015 season. Juicer. Between getting rid of Fielder and finding Martinez, the Tigers have gotten awfully lucky.
April 6, 201511 yr QUOTE (LittleHurt05 @ Apr 6, 2015 -> 12:59 PM) Between getting rid of Fielder and finding Martinez, the Tigers have gotten awfully lucky. Why the Rangers took Prince I'll never figure out. So obvious he was in or getting ready for a decline.
April 6, 201511 yr QUOTE (SoxPride18 @ Apr 6, 2015 -> 12:57 PM) Tanaka is getting hammered. Only throwing 88-90, so glad Sox lost that bid lol. he should have just gotten TJ out of the way. Now he is pretty much gonna waste 2 1/2 to 3 years of his career because he tried rehab. Of course TJ isnt infallible, but come on now.
April 6, 201511 yr QUOTE (SoxPride18 @ Apr 6, 2015 -> 12:57 PM) Tanaka is getting hammered. Only throwing 88-90, so glad Sox lost that bid lol. He's basically trying to save his arm. I really don't understand the reasoning behind him not getting TJ. He's going to have to get it eventually. Why pitch through it? His stuff is still nasty, but without a 90+ fastball, he's not going to be dominant. Edited April 6, 201511 yr by chw42
April 6, 201511 yr Tanaka's done for the day already. I drafted him and Lester in my fantasy league. Not looking good...
April 6, 201511 yr QUOTE (fathom @ Apr 6, 2015 -> 01:40 PM) That Braves lineup is one of the worst Opening Days lineups I've seen With Hart the GM, you have to figure they will acquire some good offensive players pretty quickly.
