Micah will learn he's gotta bail earlier on that play if he can't get it. I almost think Avi slowed some to avoid a collision and that might have been the difference.

I think you're right. The good news is that this is only a concern because Micah has incredible range.

They have just been great the last 20 years

See Hahn, Rick.

It takes time to change the organizational philosophy.

If Moore had been the GM for the past 20 years, your retort would be relevant here.

Maybe the White Sox need an actual organizational philosophy for the minors and majors like the Cardinals put together....a guidebook for every single player in the organization to read. It's not rocket science, Buddy Bell.

No dp no dp no dp

KC is a dirty team.

No way was that intentional in my opinion.

Was hitting Abreu intentional?

Let's get to Ventura here please.

Yordano is ALL over the place. Strike while the iron is hot.

how many fastball at 95-96 has he thrown right down the middle? He doesn't have great stuff tonight and our guys are just not hitting.

He's really throwing as hard as he can and losing some of his mechanics, especially the HBP against Abreu.

Garcia chased ball 4 there.

That would have been huge to have bases loaded and no outs.

Got too impatient...lucky he didn't hit into a DP.

Not when the bases should have been loaded with no outs...!!!

Not selective enough, too anxious to get the big hit.

Short and quick dammit

I actually though Avi should have ripped it for a double. Wasn't in that much from what I saw. Still, decent AB I will take it. Just scratch one here and it's a new game.

I know that I meant in general.

No, he's been at 96 MPH mostly tonight and tried to throw it as hard as he possibly could (98)...when he does that...the balls veers up and in against RH batters.

What a luxury having Perez with a guy on 3rd in this situation.

wow, that would have been nice.

nice

This is really going to suck if we don't get at least one here.

Great baserunning....

Well, basically it would have been 1st and 3rd two outs regardless. Probably not a double play ball.

2 out hit please?

Jesus.

Alexei, get a damn hit

Oh boy

god damnit. rolling f***ing breaking ball should have ripped it. Yordana is sucking ass and the Sox are just f***ing it up.
