Agreed. It's saying a lot that I'm not excited to watch Sox games given how much I was anticipating them only a month ago. As soon as Eaton sent that throw home into orbit last night, I was done with that **** and turned on my Xbox.

 

Still time to turn it around though. The 26-5 run in 2010 basically provided enough hope to fuel me the rest of my life, irrational or not. That team was 24-33 - coincidentally the exact winning percentage the 2015 team has right now - when they caught fire and I'm sure we were all similarly disgusted with them at the time.

I hate it when I grab the rusty butter knife to shave with instead of the barbers blade. Maybe Eaton didn't want to use the barbers blade in fear of accidental self decapitation.

The beard really is aerodynamically incorrect for a CF so the excessive wind drag could have had an adverse effect on his defense.
