The good news is Hendricks is up to 57 pitches already.

Needed a big hit and nada.

Ouch.

Nearly sixty pitches for Hendricks, but that was huge for the Cubs.

Point was Sox brass is terrible at evaluating talent period. Still today are saying 30/30 nonsense.

What period is that?

Their bullpen is better than he is

Not if it has to go 4 or 5 innings.

Another hanging splitter.

neither one of them can hit a breaking ball to save their lives. Avi has an absurd o-zone % of 46.4, Soler is only at 30% don't know what his problem is on them. Avi is obviously swinging at junk a lot.

Seems 90% of his big hits this year have been on offspeed pitches.

The fastball in on his hands or just under them...those are the balls he hasn't been able to turn on.

Cubs double of course.

That is what Avi is best at hitting, breaking balls.

not according to the fangraphs pitch values. Maybe he hits some hangers, but he's at -3.1 runs below average on sliders. It's all the chasing most likely as I agree he does nail some hangers. And he does quite a bit of damage on middle out fastballs.

I hate guests in the booth call the damn game.

When can we get rid of Shark?

Does Shark actually want to get paid this winter?

Jeff has cost himself millions of dollars this year.

Samardzija in a heap of trouble in the 3rd.

His stuff just isn't very good. Splitter's effectiveness seems terrible compared to last year.

Shark might be the worst starter as of this moment. Wow. This f***ing guy has cost himself at least 20 million. Nobody is gonna give him even 2nd starter (6 years 120) now. He'll be lucky to get a multi year deal at this rate.

Oh god, what if he accepts the QO.

f*** off Shark...just f*** off

They have plenty of 1 inning guys in their pen, as Maddon's been incredibly aggressive going to them lately

f*** Shark, what a f***ing little b****.

4-2 Cubs, Coghlan HR.

So glad we keep Shark 3 complete s***ty starts.

Samardzija has been a complete bust. It's getting to the point that I don't think you can risk giving him a 15 million dollar option to re-establish his value.

Seriously this asshole comes out and says the team is just fine and we can compete for a Wild Card. Then pitches like garbage.
