Q and Royals. I'll root for him to get that monkey off his back tonight.

Beckham is in the lineup tonight.

Just the player the Front Office should be trying to get a good look at.

He has filled his row as a super IF utilityman quite nicely. Good defense. We forget too quickly what the original intent was in signing Gordo and Bonifacio. Emilio failed.

i know....what or can the front office and or the lackey RV in the manager office .... can they see the big picture.

Nice.

Sox have hit more 3 run HR's in the last 2 days than they probably had in the previous 2 months.

Saw the video of Alexei's homer. Really nice swing by him.

Based upon last nights game and tonights game, I'd say we are a better team now than the Royals. However, I think the hole is too deep to make up in the last month and we have to start looking towards next year.

Soto sitting dead red on 3-1 count and hits a bomb. 4-0 .

If I was a KC fan I would be ticked at giving up these homers to an anemic offense.

KC has mailed it in. Coast to the playoffs for them.

eaton not so great against Left handers...

so many brilliant moves by Ventura. he really is an awful manager.

How bad is Eaton against LHP?

yes, but that original intent would be ok if we were in a pennant race. we aren't! why not play the kids??

11 HR vs RHP, 0 vs LHP. overall, 832 OPS vs RHP and .600 vs LHP

Nice to beat the Royals. The law of averages has kicked in nicely this series.

Q is pretty damn impressive. ... What happened to Melky's power? Nine homers is ridiculously bad for all the $$$ he's making. This board IMO doesn't blast Melky enough. Arguably he's one of the biggest disappointments on our team.

That said ... SOX ARE ROLLING OVER KC! Finally. Nice.

Also, with Melky having a .591 OPS vs LHP coming into the game, it's a recipe for a bad top of the lineup vs LHP (even Abreu has been awful vs LHP this year compared to RHP)

Good news is Sox have all the lefty pitchers in the AL anyways

Oops, our s***ty bullpen plus some lucky hits have the Sox in a world of hurt right now.

Hope Nate can put out the fire.

Ventura brings out both mental midgets of the pen. I'd use Duke in March.

It's a smorgasbord of KC specials .
