Let's score at least one more here so Sale doesn't get the loss.

I hope LaRoche gets better next season. The team needs him to be that Nationals player.

Don't worry, LaRoche is a second half hitter.

Trayce should 100% be the starting RF next year. Dude is earning it.

Rather he retire

I'd sure have taken Dunns last year over this.

All in all, a pretty good outing for Sale.

If only the offense wasn't little league caliber. He should be getting a no decision at the very least for his effort.

No question

Why are people shocked they are not seeing the invincible Sale like in June? He's not going to do that every outing. He's getting Q type run support.

This is probably Sale's worst season so far. It also happens to be his most hyped/popular one.

I'm encouraged to see him bounce back, especially after his terrible third inning. His HR to Beltran was a fastball right down the plate on a 1-2 pitch, terrible location giving him something so good to hit.

How many Nintendo references this inning

Good time for #30

Well Abreu wasn't close on that at bat

Not one of his better at bats

Abreu overmatched.

Seems like he struggles late in games. No stats to back that up

Another 1 run loss again..................just 1 mistake by Sale.

Good. Keep losing and stay in the top 10 for draft picks.

Man I miss baseball meaning something.

It's still not that bad by any means. Most pitchers would kill to have his season this year as their best year.
