Mets will walk it off now.

Being in the World Series last year was so beneficial for the Royals.

There's no correlation between experience and playoff success.

Tell that to the players and manager who have repeatedly said it before and during this series. They know what it takes now. Not just "being happy to be there."

They can say whatever they want the numbers don't support them. The whole " knowing what it takes now" is such a BS narrative. There's no secret strategy to winning the World Series. You need to do the same things you do to win any other series.

Not liking Reed in this situation.

Why would they not use Niese for 2 innings?

You just know the Royals are gonna score here

Sabermetrics taking over mind sets of players.. yikes.

And agreed with Reed.

It's not Sabremetrics, as many examples you can give of the more experienced team winning I can give you just as many examples of the inexperienced team winning. In '05 every team we faced in the playoffs was far more experienced than us, but we still kicked ass.

Better off walking Gordon than throwing a meat pitch here

Christian Colon...lmao

Rusty Kuntz with a hell yeah! lol

4 straight sliders, just a total choke by the Mets this series

Collins is a dumbass.

Guy they picked over Sale

Only AB in the playoffs too.

Particularly why I deleted the post. I agree with you, but I'm not going to doubt professional athletes who play the game either on their mentality.

Had the Mets executed like they had in the two previous series, they would have closed this series out already.

The Royals playing like a NL team

Guy they picked over Sale

He's been a bust for them, but now he'll be remembered forever in KC if they win it.

Mets infield defense this series is the worst I have ever seen

You're guaranteed atleast one hanger from Reed in any given AB

Murphy horrendous defensively again. Announcers making excuses for him lol

Greg has been advocating the Sox trade for him for two years now :)

Reed pitched like he was still in a Sox jersey.
