They usually don't. It's kind of weird.

Well just the pointing right at the incident is weird. Other games I've seen this happen in, they don't show that part and just show the players warming up.

Hate seeing this at a baseball game. You go to watch a game and have fun and end the night with a trip to the hospital. Hope it isn't too serious
