Q should be done now. I'm a big believer in keeping guys in for 1-0 and 2-1 games unless the pitch count is way up there.

Sale, for his part, had a "workmanlike" effort Sunday, very early elevated pitch count...a bit lower velocity, they might be better off starting him Saturday, but just IMHO.
