If Lawrie hits a bomb he should stare at May the entire time.

Guys I've never seen that look on Abreu's face before and it's been there a long time now.

He is pissed off

The ribs. Not the f***ing head

Yeah, that kind of stuff is cool when you're playing The Show online against some jerkoff, but in real life if he doesn't get out of the way it could do more that concuss him...

I don't think they'll have Sale do it - it'll come from the pen when they're up 10 - 0.

Hope this fires up the team more - I'd love to be a fly on Lawries locker tonight when the games over.

Awesome that Melky has reinvented himself. He's got no power but he's an on base machine. Awesome.

Anyone want to explain what happened? Had to leave the park

I wasn't serious - just exaggerating while being pissed.

Now we have to hit a guy tomorrow and our starter will get ejected.

No, no we don't.

That said, it is Sale so he probably will but I f***in hope he doesn't.

May hit Abreu in the ribs in apparent retaliation because of Park getting hit the inning prior

Jose got beaned in the ribs and got PISSED and the benches cleared. Robin argues that May should be ejected (as his command was pretty good) and got ejected himself.

Thats about it.

let's see if he's grown up some. losing him for a start is the last thing they need especially coming against a scrub ass twins team. not like they are going to see them possibly in the playoffs.

You absolutely have to bean someone if the game it out of reach tomorrow. Hell, I'd do it tonight. He could have broke his ribs! That was bulls***!

Anyone think that they'll throw at someone this inning? I thought the game was over - lol

Running in like 2 hours sleep.

Somebody needs to tell him tonight and tomorrow. DONT DO IT. If you are winning big tomorrow put in your wildest bullpen pitcher and have him do it. That way at least it won't look AS intentional... and if they get suspended it isn't one of our better players.

I don't think they'll have Sale do it

If I know anything about Chris Sale it's that he'll do whatever hell he wants to do and it won't really matter whether or not it's a good decision. His "emotional judgement" doesn't seem to be the strongest.

the Twins are not worth the effort. The Sox are going to get like 15 free wins out of these bums this season, let that be our payback.

The look on his f***ing face too. s*** - if Jose wasn't such a good guy - he would have charged and done the anti-Robin/Ryan. Meh Carol ain't hittin anyone.

I like how the umpire kept saying to ventura "that's baseball"... it really looked like he said that at least twice.

That just made me really hate the Minnesota Twins... jones was obviously not trying to hit Park with a 10-4 lead.

Molitor just trying to light a fire under his team I'm sure.

I wanted someone to beat the F*** out of May.

Sale is emotional. He's going to retaliate whether someone tells him or not.

Then Ventura needs to tell Sale that he absolutely cannot bean anyone. We cant afford Sale getting suspended, or ejected, or whatever bad thing happens after the Sox escalate this situation.

OK let that be the end.

Lol ok it's all good. Someone is getting beamed this weekend

yep.

It's over now. If the Sox hit someone on purpose tomorrow, they are wrong.

Yeah if Sale wants to beam someone tomorrow, he's going to do it. I like the guy as a pitcher but he's definitely emotional.

Edit: Hopefully they're done after that.
