June 9, 20169 yr QUOTE (Jose Abreu @ Jun 9, 2016 -> 03:04 PM) doesn't he hate us I can think of million reasons why he doesn't.
June 9, 20169 yr QUOTE (Alexeihyeess @ Jun 9, 2016 -> 03:05 PM) laughing out loud For $1M? Its f***ing chump change.
June 9, 20169 yr This is starting to remind of 1982. In September the Sox kept bringing in former big names, guys like Jim Kern and Sparky Lyle. It didn't work, but it was kind of fun. Edited June 9, 20169 yr by Dick Allen
June 9, 20169 yr Author QUOTE (pettie4sox @ Jun 9, 2016 -> 03:05 PM) I can think of million reasons why he doesn't. What I hate is what his swing probably is now
June 9, 20169 yr For $1M? Its f***ing chump change. Its just sad. The Sox have nobody in the minors they trust to bring up, nobody on the big league squad who can do anything...only place they have to go is the dumpster.
June 9, 20169 yr I wonder what the timetable is on Mourneau being in the line up, and then the timetable on when he will be out for a significant stretch.
June 9, 20169 yr The cycle of trying to using old ass veterans continues. The Sox don't have a single LHB we can call up? Edited June 9, 20169 yr by pettie4sox
June 9, 20169 yr Just start winning games. Can't get excited about anything on the 25-man roster until they get over .500 and stay there for a while again.

June 9, 20169 yr QUOTE (Alexeihyeess @ Jun 9, 2016 -> 03:08 PM) Its just sad. The Sox have nobody in the minors they trust to bring up, nobody on the big league squad who can do anything...only place they have to go is the dumpster. I don't find it sad at all. I like it when my team tries to win. No one in the minor leagues would come up and be an effective LH bat to DH. If he doesn't work out, you cut him and you can still go and try Danny Hayes or whoever you want. I'll say it again - its f***ing chump change.
