One of the main responsibilities of the manager is to do his best to help his team avoid falling apart after heartbreaking losses. Quite predictably, this team completely collapsed after the 8th inning nightmare vs the Rangers.

It's hard to think of anyone in this organization that deserves to keep their job. Maybe the new scouting director, as at least he hasn't shown to be horrible at his job yet. Besides that, this organization is easily one of the worst in baseball.

We're easily among the worst because we're actively trying to succeed but continue to fail. It's always worse when expectations are attached. And changes move with glacial pace in the White Sox organization. Atleast those cellar dwelling NL teams understand their position.

No one person is even 25% responsible. But one of the guys you pay to make the 25 guys who get dirty better is Robin. Swapping that is the one chance to change the other 25. Sucks, but it comes with the job.
