No. It's just a different type of fracture. It's really difficult to sustain a Lisfranc fracture, they usually occur with more trauma and energy than what he did today. These are just less common. Again, possible but not as likely.

July 1, 20169 yr If he gets placed on the major league DL, how does that affect his salary? Does he get MLB pay the whole time or does he get dropped back to his MiLB money?
