thedoctor Posted March 12, 2006 Share Posted March 12, 2006 i know that north carolina has improved this year since illinois played them, but there is no justification for them being seeded ahead of the illini. illinois won at north carolina. they took the same position (second) in a conference with a higher rpi. they had a better record than unc. bulls***.
