Nice! Good for him. He was a fun player.

Fire him up with some TRT and peptides, and start playing 2005 highlights. -
Once you start having to delete your own tweets, definitely. The truth of the matter is that it’s pretty easy to say you are pessimistic that Imai will be signing with the Sox due to him being a Boras client and there being more than one interested team. Chances are likely you will be correct.

That’s all true, but JR is going to be 90 in a couple of months. He might still be sharp, he might not be. He most likely isn’t as smart as he used to be. -
Someone, wake up NBB so we can get the latest update.

Only if you trust that everything you read has a certain amount of validity and that JR is suddenly willing to spend money above and beyond expected levels. Or that there is Ishbia involvement in player payroll. Or Pope Ball is real. Just call me a Doubting Thomas when it comes to the Sox signing Imai. Even if I am wrong Im not sure what part of the story I'll actually believe, JR, Ishbia's or Pope Ball. Or maybe Ill just chalk it up to Getz Vision Quest. -
My favorite movie of the year. Also the most unhinged casting in movie history.

I was hoping to wake up to a thread title change confirming the Imai signing. Alas I am slightly disappointed. NBB better get his s%*# together. (Sarcasm)

I had already comped his upside to Schwarber and Thome before I saw that podcast. It took them long enough to get to the meat and potatoes portion of Kay's interview. The floor however is what kept teams away from him as we know. I'm hopeful that having a livelier ball to hit than in Japan and a willingness to adjust will be helpful in producing a minmum of 30 HR. -
This is a rollercoaster.

No. JR is a bad baseball owner no one has to make up s%*# to make that true. Being a bad owner doesnt mean he's stupid . I would think JR was just getting up to speed on kind of things he might need to work on. What are our analytic guys & coaches intial thoughts on how to help him become a effective MLB hitter ? Since a lot of teams didnt sign him because of holes in his swing then the Sox need a plan to turn him into our version of Thome or Schwarber wouldnt they ? Do you know the specifics of that. No ? Neither does JR. He may have intially ok'd the money but after knowing the Sox won the bidding wanted to know more about him. Doesnt that seem logical ?

I can’t help but laugh at Northbrook Bob pretending he’s involved in the real-time negotiations with Imai. Dude is straight guessing and his last one will prove wrong come morning. -
You know how easy it is to bribe the office cleaning lady to plant an amazon recording device yes?

The fact he was nervous enough to say it was a possibility it all I needed to know. -
You sure you read his latest tweets?

That’s what I don’t get. Normally the foodie accounts and these other random “insiders” who throw stuff at the wall just want attention. He doesn’t seem to want that, yet keeps bringing attention to himself by posting. I need to go to bed.

Rootin' for that guy.
