ALDS - Game 5 - Deciding Game - Sat 10/10 - 7PM Ct
Cheating on your wife without protection with a kid at home is honestly one of the most despicable, deplorable things a man can do. Full stop. I honestly don't really see a difference between physical abuse and doing that. Good luck explaining to your wife how she got a fucking STD because you were a piece of s%*# who couldn't even bother putting on a condom when cheating on her. The normalization of cheating on your wife in this day and age is fucking deplorable. Then again, we elected a serial adulterer as President, and the most "Christian" people in this country worship him like Jesus, so none of this should be surprising to me.

if Braden can get his wRC+ against LHP from 17 to ~80-100 he will be OK. Lots of work for him in the offseason to improve his RH swing.

Bringing up assholes from well before the days of social media is just stupid. Nobody knew s%*# about Wade Boggs because the internet really wasn't even a thing back then. Everything is different.

Erick Fedde deserves praise
we still have a 10 game winning streak when Fedde starts

Mune has next season to prove he's a legit MLB 1st baseman. His inability to hit a fucking fastball the latter half of this season is unbelievably concerning.

Hell yeah!!!

Let's look at the bright side - the Sox are going to have an absolute STAR in Caleb Bonemer
I can't wait to see both Bonemer and Roch on the MLB roster.

IMO, no chance it would change anything.

Nope…or só we’ve all been told. But certainly even more pressure on small and mid market franchises to innovate like CLE TB MIL.

I think it’s the Brewers. The Rays are not small ball so much considering they have Caminero. Having a big slugger in the middle of the lineup who can drive in anyone else who gets on base is inherently not small ball. The Guardians don’t have a small ball offense, they just have a bad offense. The Brewers actually score runs while basically trying NOT to hit home runs. (A fun fact about the Brewers is their exit velocities were significantly higher than the Cubs’ despite the Cubs hitting for significantly more power. This was all due to approach. The Cubs wanted to hit home runs, so they pulled the ball in the air as much as they could. The Brewers waited to decide to swing as long as possible which leads to more walks but also leads a lot of the contact to be hit into the ground or oppo, vastly dampening their power output. It was intentional, not just a team resorting to small ball because they were incapable of doing anything else.)

All for trying to keep Mune. Agree with you on Braden. Need's to put a bit of muscle on and rework his swing.

It's a stadium with full 360 access also. Pretty uncommon to have so much access with a cheap seat. It's a solid stadium

I'd give Braden more of a chance to improve. He wasn't even called up until June. Too early to give up on him. What do you think about trying to keep Mune after 2027?

Walking Andrew Vaughn to load the bases? Scott isn't exactly trustworthy despite $68 million deal. Got out of it.

Dodgers with Ohtani and Smith not 100% aren't quite the same team.. Age might finally be starting to catch up to that everyday lineup. Tucker and Pages are now the only hitters in their primes. Also, watching MIL shows once again how it's a young man's game more now than ever...just more speed, base running defense, general energy.
