  2. PFF is good for grading positions that you basically don't notice during the game. And I like to use it to get a basic understanding of some players I've never watched or heard of before, but if you dig into their QB grades, it all feels extremely subjective and sometimes the criterias make no sense. Caleb has had 2 games graded in the mid 40s this year. The Steelers and Commanders games. He threw 4 touchdowns in those 2 games and no picks. He got those grades because I think he had like 5 turnover worthy plays in those games. Did he get lucky not throwing picks on some of those throws? Probably. But this guy leads the league in INT% and has like 10 career interceptions in 2 seasons. At some point it's not luck. On the opposite end of the spectrum, he had 4 big time throws against the Niners and 0 turnover worthy plays. He played great on Sunday night. Everyone saw it. Surely that means he got an elite grade right? Nope, 75 passing grade. They somehow graded the miss to Loveland that Collinsworth kept complaining about a -2. That's the same grade as a bad turnover, which makes no sense. It almost felt like they had to make a big deal of it because the boss (Collinsworth) complained so much about it on the broadcast. Don't get me wrong, I like the idea behind PFF. Football needs more advanced analytics. But I can't help but feel that PFF sometimes does their grades a certain way to be contrarian to get people to talk about them or to please the guy who is their majority share holder.
  3. I’m still in the middle of “Chicago Geography: You don’t even live here! 101”
  4. He also ran a Jeep Tour company in that show prior to getting obsessed with Tecca. It's like Tim Robinson himself was harassing Harold.
  5. We'll see when they actually break ground on the facility, which is supposed to be this coming spring.
  6. This sounds like something from a Tim Robinson show.
  7. If you like "Private Equity 102", make sure to also sign up for "Soil Engineering 102".
  8. Wish there was a game tonight. A few years ago when NYE fell on a Sunday, it was great to watch games all day with everyone over.
  9. moo-nay vowels in Japanese always have just one pronunciation A=ah E=eh I=Eee O=Oh U=ooh
  10. Yep. Not only does he stink on the field, he's a crap team mate. Nobody in Seattle liked him, they just tolerated him for a while. When he had the cooler incident nobody stood up for him and everybody just said it was a moronic stupid selfish thing.
  11. Today
  12. Well yeah. I’m just saying it’s not like they don’t have guys that can play CF in house already.
  13. Garfein asked that question on his podcast and apparently it's "Moonay".
  14. Agreed. I think Pereira would also play some RF until Montgomery is ready.
  15. Peters has options and Hill is a Robert insurance policy IMO, so not too worried if we lose him when we option him to Charlotte. There is certainly room for one more OF, especially if Benintendi is going to be used in the DH spot a lot.
  16. You nailed it. The poster(s) that potentially outed him were “Downtown Brown” and “ChicagoSoxMan”. He accused Harold of being Garrett Guest, the Sox current Assistant Director of Amateur Scouting and owner of South Oak Jeep Dodge Ram Chrysler. Both accounts are gone now but were likely the same person as you said. Dude absolutely loved his Jeeps. I assume that’s why he was always trolling Harold about owning and driving Jeeps, but maybe he figured out Harold’s identity because he bought one from him? 🤣
  17. Yeah, there does seem to be a lot building up. Granted, maybe some of the MiLB signings can become free agents after camp.
  18. Yeah, in all seriousness, this screams a team that WANTS to trade Luis Robert, because they are absolutely hoarding 4A OFs.
  19. If they move Robert now, I would think Baldwin is the starter, Hill continues to be the backup, and Pereira is option number 3.
  20. Personally, I always enjoyed @Harold's Leg Lift especially on the minors side. He had his takes, but if you respected him, he always respected you. Sorely missed.
  21. I think it still has more to do with Montgomery being close and Robert still being around. Ideally, you would want to acquire a CF assuming you are trading Robert and Montgomery will be up soon for RF but there are no decent CF available.
