  1. Crochet is worth 61m SV. Way more than Kjerstad most likely. Fedde is 11m SV so yeah he will not be enough for Kjerstad. But if you packaged him with maybe a good reliever and Flexen it might work.
  2. Kyle Bradish to undergo testing for elbow pain....he had a UCL sprain earlier, got PRP injections and pitched thru it earlier. I assume he's prolly done now. I still doubt Elias will give away prime prospects.
  3. So then it's just a BABIP issue and not a velocity issue? If it's BABIP it should normalize like it recently did with Quero.
  4. 10k's is great...wish the FB was a tick higher.
  5. If BTV is right about his SV (61 million), and someone offers that, you have to sell high. You could get two prime 30m SV prospects or 3 20s. 61m suggests that 2 Top 100s are definitely reasonable (and not back end Top 100s either...maybe two in the 40-50 range).
  6. He didn't have any Ks last night......1/4.
  7. Montgomery 1-3 with a double and 2 BB Iriarte 6 IP, 5H, 3ER, 2K, 2BB Gonzalez 2-4 with a SB Quero 1-4
  8. If they move Taylor up to A+ after the draft, I wouldn't be shocked if he got his feet wet in AA by the end of the season.
  9. Just FYI....Baseball Trade Values is now a paid site but each week they will provide two teams player/prospect SV for free. This week it's the White Sox and Padres, so this is what they have right now for various players on the ML roster that might be trade bait (my comments in parentheses): Banks 9.5 (not bad at all) Brebbia -2.2 Clevinger 2.5 (I thought it would be zero) Colas 6.6 Crochet 61.2 (sell high ASAP!!!!!!) DeJong 2.1 Fedde 11.9 (I was hoping it would be higher than this...but maybe if u package him with Banks, you can still get a pretty good 20m SV prospect out of it) Flexen 2.2 (I'm shocked by this, with his small salary I was hoping for way more, hes pitched very well recently) T. Hill -1.1 Julks 8 Kopech -1.8 (sigh) N..Lopez 1.4 Pham 3.1 (was hoping for more) Robert 44.7 (apologies to @CaliSoxFanViaSWside, seems he was right on how much value Robert has lost, 44m SV is basically what we got back for Cease and that's very light to me, I think Robert's SV last year was something like 77m, so he's lost alot of helium. I wouldn't trade him for 44m, maybe hope he has a great second half and we can hopefully get more in the offseason). Sheets 3.9 Soroka -1.8 Vaughn -0.3 (lulz) S. Wilson 0.7 (the idea or getting him from SD to flip him was a good one, didn't work out it seems)
  10. Baltimore is the most prospect hugging org out there, they would never agree to this. Instead, they'd try to pawn off pyrite first and hope someone else believes it's gold like they did before.
  11. Gimme 2 Top 100 position players, at least one a LHH.
  12. That might be hard to achieve if in fact Crochet and Robert are not moved.
  13. Congrats to him ....well deserved. BTW Aly...FG has his changeup at 70/70, so I would expect it to work on MLB hitters. Whether his other stuff works remains to be seen.
  14. He had a very low BABIP earlier and now it's starting to normalize by going to the extreme in the other direction.
  15. God forbid they let Schultz throw 5 or even 6 innings. Dude isn't even being challenged in AA, anyway.
  16. 114 mph at 18 years old....my God. Savage!
  17. Happy they got the W for Crochet and Robert bombs are always great!
  18. Crochet with 9Ks. The bullpen will almost certainly waste it. Again.
