Well, when you make comments like "Mr 3,000", I'd also get in line to punch him in the face.

Classless? For giving his opinion at the time and calming all the bridge jumpers on what they perceived as an overpay? Yes, the results on the trade sucked now. But the deal was a no-brainer at the time. And it's been said the Cubs had better offers on the table but as a favor to Craig and his sick kid they wanted to allow him to stay in Chicago.

When I read the investigation report, it definitely does.

The trade will end up being a huge L on Hahn's resume. However it's been said by many including Steve Stone, let's not kid ourselves on Madrigal ever living up to his draft status.

Could Sox have beat Red Sox and Braves?
On their best night, the Sox could beat anyone. So the answer is yes.

TA a Sliver Slugger finalist
Indicative of how this team way overachieved and more kudos need to go towards LaRussa making something out of a very anemic underperforming offense most of the season. I understand health played a big factor on why Eloy, Robert, and Grandal didn't make the list. But there are no excuses why Abreu and Moncada underperformed so badly.

Alright, we need to get off this dumbass old school baseball mentality. If you're a good hitter, I don't care if you hold you damn bat with your feet. Good hitters should be able to hit anyone.

Grade this year's trade deadline
The only fact from this statement is that he was a 1st round pick.

The problem with the top 6 in the lineup
I don't trust or will ever trust Rick Hahn making another trade for veteran help.

ALDS Game 3 - HOU @ CWS - 7:07pm CDT
So is the consensus, LaRussa lost this series for us? Not the ineptitude of the two Aces in Lynn and Giollito? Or an entire pitching staff being scared to throw strikes? Or an offense who has failed to slugg a single x-tra base hit? Or that maybe the Astros are really damn good at baseball?

ALDS Game 2 - Chicago @ Houston - 1:07pm CDT
I could have sworn that everyone was in agreement about Kopech backing up Rodon in the series? What changed? Blame Ace #1 and Ace #2 who were fully incompetent in going long for their starts. "Stars" need to perform on this stage. It's plain and simple.

This right here. We finally got one of "those guys." Something Moncada and Eloy have failed to become.

ALDS Game 2 - Chicago @ Houston - 1:07pm CDT
These two games could have been played at Mars. We'd be 0-2 anywhere we'd played

The Leury plan has backfired. Shocking.

ALDS Game 2 - Chicago @ Houston - 1:07pm CDT
Even that was an awkward double play decision.

ALDS Game 2 - Chicago @ Houston - 1:07pm CDT
The defensive optics are just awful. I'd pull Leury like thus minute.

ALDS Game 2 - Chicago @ Houston - 1:07pm CDT
But it's all about the lack of moves to better RF And 2B. The stars are sucking, that's the problem.

Astros OF are taking a blanket and picnic basket out there instead of a glove. This is pathetic.
