  1. Yup, theire approaches are so good. Hope it rubs off a bit.
  2. Everytime I watch yoan smash a ball I can't help but smile knowing that his two "biggest fans" Polar Bear and Jack jumped off his wagon and stopped mushing him. Don't stop the hate now, boys!
  3. Also crazy thing is if they hadn't blown a 6 run lead in the 9th they'd have won 8 in a row.
  4. They won 7 of 8 games. Why are you the way you are?
  5. So Stone said the Sox weren't hot and the Yankees were coming into the series lol I guess winning 7 of 8 isn't hot.
  6. Lol And a guaranteed double play on luis robert. Btw there's a reason the judge play wasn't an error. 102 off bat with a 680 xba
  7. Good approach leads to good results. They continue with it and they'll be just fine. I've been wanting this approach (much more similar to last year) all year. Hope it continues. You get a little special focus and juice when you know you're up against the best.
  8. Sheets suck guy. Knowing a fastball is coming down the dick with little movement isn't easy but it's also not something you should be striking out on.
  9. Offense had a great approach in the first inning. Keep it coming.
  10. An argument? Donaldson tried a cheap ass play. Deserved every inch of the shove. Pollock slam
  11. Sox been working the count. You watching same game as me?
  12. Sometimes you just have one of those feelings and tonight I got on. Leggo
  13. Lol you just can't make this shit up anymore. Vaughn is there, he has been there, but doesn't start... because of a flight lol
  14. Vaughn gets activated for a game he's not even at?
  15. When you feel nothing is going your way, and start thinking this team will never get it going after you spent years following the rebuild and sitting through complete garbage, only to be rewarded by the Sox hiring a statue as their manager, just remember one thing that'll make you feel much better... that nationwide is on your side no matter what.
  16. I get they were hit hard, but that was one of the more unlucky pitching performances I've seen. All contact was either out of the park or an extra base hit - I think he only had one ball in play that was an out? Even if you leave stuff over the plate, it doesn't mean a team is going to kill you. Limit balls in play as well as Cease did vs elite offenses in the future, and you'll shut them down much more frequently than you won't.
  17. Velasquez has been dealing; I'm much more optimistic about this than the rest. Obviously Cole is the challenge here. Not sure why Vaughn needed a rehab stint after missing like 10 games. Sure could use his bat tonight. Moncada all over the fastballs now; here's to hoping he can car the offense tonight.
