This guy really is poison. He pitched well enough last year that I thought someone else would sign him. Makes me doubt that the Sox can unload him at the All Star break even if he pitches well.

Exactly. When you’re trying to cover 1450 innings, try to grab 150 from this guy. It’s not like anyone will be watching either way. And best case scenario, they’re able to flip him.
