The guy was never a prospect and there is a reason for that. You can't just turn every guy who can't hit major league pitching into Mike Trout.

The difference between Yoan Moncada and Adam Engel is that one was given 30 million dollars as soon as he stepped on US soil and was almost immediately the consensus number 1 prospect.... and the other is Adam Engel.

They're a better team this year. It's not readily apparent in the record because of a few bad games from Yolmer, and some of the shakier guys in the bullpen, but it's getting there. They're pretty close to getting back to where they were before trading everyone which is step one. Also for everyone who said the White Sox are a historically bad team, I hope you paid close attention to that game, because oh my God the Orioles are bad.

Yup. Right now they seem to have gotten back to where they were, or least close to it. If there's not multiple division titles before Moncada walks, I'm going to be miserable watching the best player I've ever been able to remember their whole career go into the hall in another hat.
