Grandal, McCann and Collins would work nicely for me. Lots of lineup flexibility and experienced catching to handle a young staff.

Strasburg and Bumgarner probably make the most sense for the money. If Cole is really in the 200 million range it's a hard deal to overcome if he comes up lame.

Speed is a wonderful tool. Robert, Anderson and Moncada have that ability to hit HR's and run like jackrabbits. Going to drive some teams absolutely nuts.

I was one of his haters...but since he's picked up his pace a bit...he's a different pitchers. A win tonight would put him at .500 with a team winning at a .447 clip. He's holding up his end of the deal. I would like to say Coop fixed him...but even I don't believe that.

It is a fools errand trying to explain what Ricky does and why. I hope no explanation will be necessary next year concerning Castillo hitting anywhere in a WS lineup.

When he's on one of these streaks...he looks great. When he is chasing out of the zone he looks like crapola. I guess that's true of most power guys.
