  1. What does he, strike out 40% of the time now?
  2. Sox fest was cancelled for non-Covid reasons.
  3. Cubs didn’t get in. Alrighty then
  4. The anticipation of this microscopic lotto chance is more exiting than any point of last season.
  5. As a basic talent deployment, transferring the talent from the edge to the middle does make for optimal deployment. Especially if Moncada isn’t providing power at a power position. If we aren’t getting much needed lineup power, shore up the middle.
  6. “Pretty unlike the Sox” now I have to think that thru. Trading youth for youth? Prime years for prime years?
  7. I just don’t want the Cubs to pick higher than us. That is all.
  8. Well that’s outlandish. But it shows how wrongheaded the Sox decision on him was. Thats my only takeaway.
  9. Solving problems with intentional actions. According to quantum theory, there is a universe out there where this type of thing is done by the Sox
  10. https://ontapsportsnet.com/white-sox/mlb-winter-meetings-2022-chicago-white-sox-preview-rick-hahn until proven otherwise, 100% this
  11. IMHO, a top level prospect deal for Reynolds requires more years of control. And people are overpaying with their multi-player offers.
  12. This is obviously about his contract situation, his agent hoping that someone in the organization is interested in another team’s possible offer. So gin up some offers. But it seems like a hail mary pass by Reynolds.
  13. Give it 5 years, then we can move on him like a b****
  14. I’m keeping all the left handed bats that are fortunately still in the organization. That being said, I just read the Pirates are not moving to make a trade happen right now.
  15. Ok, but he’s gonna need to get paid once they empty the minors
  16. You mean besides Aaron Judge? All the usual suspects of which we are wasting our time talking about. Maybe I am cynical, but I think they are all in on Colas, and that’s that.
  17. If you want optimism, give specifics why based on what’s been happening, optimism is appropriate instead. Gaslighting a loyal fanbase thats been taken advantage of that lets off steam as a result is what’s cringy. Ok I’ll play along. This is fine.
  18. forgot hubris, and correctly left out intelligence
  19. Sounds familiar.
  20. Personally, I don't want to hear anything he has to say. Sell the team.
  21. Absolutely. I mean, instead of rando floor oriented college pitcher every time, try a catcher once in awhile. Or a high school kid. I like what Mike Shirley has been doing however. I don’t know they’re doing signing international catchers, but I see a couple guys in the system with some juice. Hell its all a crapshoot. Im just riding all the first baseman and DHs like whipped mules until they leave and people stop projecting Sheets in the outfield
