I take back everything I said about wanting this team to score more than 4 runs in a game. Stick to the 3-4 run plan--that was working.

Sheets at DH, Pollock/Engel in the corners, Harrison at 2B.

TA to RF, Pollock to LF, bring up Yolbert for SS.

That's a lot of effort to go to just to be in Indiana on a cloudy day in April.

In a tie game in the bottom of the 10th with the bases loaded and one out, Moncada and Abreu failed to get the winning run home. Why was a squeeze bunt not on with Moncada? A decently executed squeeze bunt is going to score the run easily, even with the infield playing in. I understand that sacrifice bunting is counterproductive most of the time, but it seems like the squeeze bunt has been thrown out with it.

This team is full of DHs, and we're surprised that they're bad defensively? On top of that, Soxtalk wanted to put Burger at 2B because Harrison/Leury are a hole in the lineup. Pollock/Robert/Engel need to be the starting outfield every day they're available. Zero exceptions. Moncada was in his first game back last night so I'm not going to be too hard on him but TA and Abreu have sucked on the field this year and there's no excuse for them.

Sheets should not be in the OF on any day where at least three of Robert, Pollock, Engel, Garcia or Mendick are available.
