What Oz wants (and he probably won't ever get) is for a guy to be able to actually put down a bunt during the few occasions he calls for it. Stories like this are common this time of year. "Spring training will be different!" Sure, Oz. Not exactly. It'll be the same with a few more bunts maybe or some speech about how to bunt and showing of a video or two.
