It is an insult to everyone if JM isn't fired tonight. We lose five of six to Oak and the M's. We suck and will draw no crowds this summer. Bye bye JM. Firing KW would do the trick, also, but I assume this won't happen for some reason.

It is amazing how badly Crede and Konerko have hit. I'm surprised our record is hovering near .500 the way we are hitting and pitching. Colon is getting rocked deep tonight. I agree we should call our squad the Dead Sox until the day we start showing some life.

He's got to go. It doesn't matter who replaces him though it would be nice if it was somebody not on the current staff. You'd think KW would have somebody in mind besides Levra, Backman. We are playing like a bunch of rubes as we reach the fifth inning. Seattle is mopping up the Sox and making us look motionless. Colon is giving up home runs and we are popping out. If we lose this game and keep J.M. I will be amazed.

Why we tried to score the runner from third on that short pop fly to rf in the first inning is beyond me. He was only out by 5 strides. Jimenez just got thrown out stealing. Run faster D'Angelo

I agree about the black cloud cartoon guy SII. I often feel like the Born Loser cartoon character when posting. But the Sox are the born losers right now. We can do nothing right. Of course we still loom around .500 which is mediocre, but it sure seems like we're playing .375 ball. That's why I think we need VALENTINE now. Or LASORDA for free.

What is with all these former White Sox players kicking our ass?? It's not like we have this great franchise like the Yanks where players should want to pay us back. Time after time ex-Sox players kick our ass. The other trend is no name pitchers go eight strong innings vs. the Sox. I hate to sound like one of those always doom and gloom guys but geez ... are we truly hexed??? That is why I now want a kick ass manager. Get me a butt kicking guy or a colorful guy. What we're all saying is ... the manager must go. It may be KW's fault more than JM's but Manuel now must go. We suck and need Bobby Valentine! We need a character this time cause our team has no character.

I'll give you all the benefit of the doubt and agree I guess Sandy should play some. I just hope we can start hitting the ball. I like the games where I see our catcher getting 2 hits. Nobody in the offseason thought our lineup would suck this badly.

Question for Baggs, Heather, Cubkilla, Soxchick, Donkey, chisoxfan, et. all, Do you think it's time Olivo plays every day? I say yes. Why would we ever want to catch Sandy? Olivo is as ready as Crede is to be a productive hitter. He had two hits tonight, including a homer. Sandy gives us no pop. Olivo at least has a chance if we play him every day. Comments? I just see no frickin reason to play Sandy Alomar. None.

At least Koch appears to care. I think we need this attitude. Luckily it all worked out well. His fiery attitude hopefully will rub off on some others!

It must suck to be Aaron tonight. He is about done as a big leaguer. I wonder if his offseason injury ruined him. I do hope Harris can hit cause we need some production. If not, like you say, it's Joe B coming soon to a Cell near you.

If this is true, Aaron is done. It's amazing how baseball prospects come and go. I hope we bring up Joe B. soon. Willie like you say isn't the answer either.

After one month, we appear to be mediocre at best again. It looks like we are not going to beat the good teams consistently, at least the signs are there that we will not. So should Jerry Reinsdork fire Manuel? I think he should just because everybody pointed out in the offseason that Manuel was a prime candidate to get canned if we didn't impress early. You'd think there'd be some urgency and there is none. We aren't impressing anybody. If we fire JM and continued to stink, so what? It's not like we're replacing a baseball legend. You have to admit, in the offseason we looked like a team that would win at least 60 to 65 percent of our games. What should the Sox do to get hot? Are there any solutions aside from canning JM or our hitting coach AGAIN? Everybody in baseball in the offseason thought we were a good hitting team and MUCH improved.

I hope our announcers ripped frank's butt. baggs is right as usual and now I am pissed off. We don't play the game the right way as Baggs said and we haven't for a while now.

Why oh why? You tell me. Foulke shuts us down completely and gets the save. Singleton gets the hits. Somebody needs to keep track of all the former Sox who kick out ass and gain revenge. Why couldn't we plate two in the ninth off Foulke and win? Cause we are the Sox.

Bring up Joe unless Aaron socks 9 hits in this series.
