  1. Finally a win thanks to Philly manager. We don't win if they pitch a real pitcher and not an outfielder.
  2. He also homered earlier in the game. He's a very good baseball player and fine representative of the Chicago White Sox and yet there are some vocal fans that seem to actually WANT him to do badly to further some weird agenda of theirs that involves saving a billionaire (cheap) owner money. Makes zero sense but I don't care. I love and worship (in non religious way) Jose and nothing anybody can do to make me change my mind.
  3. Whatever. I love him or as I say worship him. You guys slay me. Nice job, Jose. You got the game winning hit and took away the embarrassment of the team unable to score off an outfielder, lol. Nice job, buddy.
  4. LOL. Even in a game thread where he knocks in the lead run, people blast Jose. And I've been told nobody on the board dislikes him, LOL.
  5. And I care about that? He just got a big hit ... again.
  6. Say what you want about my guy, Jose cut his swing down and slapped a single to left.
  7. As much a I despise John Jay he would absolutely get on base off this outfielder. Finally a hit!
  8. Cordell, nice at bat. Geez. Absurd. Fire somebody please!
  9. You know this is like batting practice. Unacceptable to not slap some hits at the very least. Terrible at bat there!!
  10. I'd rather Davidson pitch than Osich.
  11. Funny how we know Osich will be scored upon yet we knew the Phillie outfielder would shut us down.
  12. What is wrong with that third base coach? Ridiculous decision to send him.
  13. I've basically said the exact same thing and yet most people on here think I'm baseball stupid.
  14. You are crazy, sir. I don't treat anybody like trash. My criticisms of Nate were about his pitching motion and how ridiculous that was. And how as a result he was awful. The only praise I've ever received on here is that I am respectful.
  15. I haven't predicted in a while. We're not winning this game, folks. Chalk up another L. Odds are very much against us on road in extras.
  16. I have but I challenge you to find my posts and the tone will be respectful. I probably was 'nastier' though on Dunn and Rios. I've always questioned his ridiculous arm motion which screamed "injury."
  17. I just read the article! Beautiful piece. Very critical of the White Sox. I applaud the author.
  18. Acquiring Escobar appeared weird from the start. He's awful but you'd think he could play utility for a contender since he's good glove. Nice tribute video there; he must be a good guy if they made that for him.
  19. Thing is, from my perspective it's nice to get Nate out of the Sox organization. Sox need to keep it going getting rid of lousy players/pitchers. There are many to just DFA.
  20. Hogan is da man! Great post. There always are guys fans do this to. I am very surprised people turned on Jose. It's all about money though. Some vocal posters don't like to spend Jerry's money for some reason. Or they think saving here and there (not signing Jose) will help us sign guys like Manny. Whatever ... it's sad. Pick on somebody truly bad. Why is Jose the whipping boy? I mean I admit I was hard on Rios, but I've been pretty nice to other players.
  21. 'his bum ass' ... really? He's not a bum just because he's enconced in a slump.
  22. I'm not asking for a banning as I like ron, but if greg had started this many threads on the same issue ... buy bye for 6 months greg. I'm not going to make a comment as there are plenty of threads for me to talk about one of my fave players.
  23. There is some evidence in the past that teams that stunk beyond belief can suddenly start winning. Though we could use some veteran additions for the mound to help this.
