The stadium is nice and the area outside the park (the Battery) has some restaurants and bars to take in before or after the game. I have sat all over the park except for the 4th level and liked ‘em all. If they play down here outside of July and August I would say come on down the weather is great especially April/ May.

It is a great park and the Battery is a great spot before the games. Too bad our owner doesn’t have any foresight and bought into developing the area around Comiskey. I have been down here since the last year of Turner field. Glad they moved to the new spot easier to get to and well a little safer area.

I wonder if Pedro is intimidated in his position. Maybe has the right intentions but took over a dysfunctional group of Prima donnas who thought they would win it all because all the reporters said so a few years back. It’s hard to come in as a first time leader in any organization and when you have this mess known as the Sox, it’s a difficult position. If they had a few established leaders on the team he could lean on it may help, but their most tenured guy is a complete mess this year and a bad example for the younger guys to follow. What a hole they dug for themselves. He was the wrong choice for a team in this position, but he was cheap and controllable.

Yes Hahn’s track record can’t be disputed. He has a knack for making decisions no other GM would think off, its kind of a gift.

I live here in ATL and have boycotted the games this weekend. My son was bugging me to go Friday and I told him no I don’t want to spend a f ew hundred buck to see them lose 9-1, i was close. Last night was nice but we were busy and day games here in July are brutal hot. If the team wasn’t a hot pile of poop I would have been more motivated to invest time and money.
