I also watched an interview with Getz in which he stated the same thing. Boyer helped convince Jerry to sign Murakami because of the marketing dollars it would return. I don’t get why you seem to think this is some sort of conspiracy theory. We all know Jerry is a stingy bastard. Wisconsin is weird as f***. So you can’t legally smoke weed, which is fine. It’s not legal in WI. But you can drink beer with your parents or legal guardian if you are 18, or apparently look like you are 18. But you have to be 21 to drink by yourself.
