Damaso = quasi-God. Borchard = God.

Hopefully I don't get stuck with all the damn doubleheaders on Friday and Saturday. But, if Webster plays more than once, I'll be happy.
-
Joy. What site do you get the box scores from? ESPN's minor league site is inoperational, and cbs.sportsline.com doesn't even give box scores anymore. Add insult to injury, not even minorleaguebaseball.com is updated with scores.

http://espn.go.com/minorlbb/news/2003/0409...09/1536256.html Not fair. Edit: It's Rich Harden. Richard Harden. Dick Harden. Oh boy, that's a horrible name.

Vazquez looked better. 14 SO was amazing.

I don't see how the Sox need any pitching right now, maybe next year. Everyone knows that the rotation will be Buehrle, Colon, Garland, Loaiza, Stewart/Wright. If one goes down, Stewart/Wright can fill in. If Colon isn't signed next year, then you could potentially have a hole. I wouldn't expect Loaiza to be around either, but Rauch would be a great fill in. Also have Felix Diaz. Bullpen is solid, and if someone goes down, you could see Almonte, Munoz, Ginter, etc. come up. I think the Sox need to develop more position players, especially outfielders beyond Borchard. A shortstop wouldn't be bad, either.

we discussed this for 2 years now..you even nicknamed him dumbass caballo and then you pick him on a fantasy team where you cant cut him???...i have no sympathy for you..dumbass...hahahaha just kidding RPS but what the hell were you thinking??? Lee became a lot more patient at the end of last year and i figured he'd have a good year. And since baserunning blunders donr count unless he gets caught stealing and defense dont count, he'd be a good pick up for what i paid for him if he hits .280 , 30 hr, 80 rbi. He wasnt far from that last year. And no it's not a money league! Gambling is illegal! Plus, i spent a s*** load of money on Maggs, A-rod, Sweeny , and Mulder. I needed to save a little money on a guy that could put up decent #'s. If he has another s*** year, i'm really going to hate this f***in guy. it's beginning to look like if carlos will ever reach his potential it will be on another team..maybe the sox with help and themselves out soon and trade him I wouldnt mind seeing him go for a good lefty bat. Not many out there for his price though. And we're running a little short on pitching prospects to my knowledge to give 3 away in another kenny trade. Running low on pitching prospects? That made my day, along with the Sox win. The Sox have a s***load of pitching prospects, they need position players. 2/3 of our outfield sucks. Lee is looking hapless up there, and we all know Rowand is just a bench warmer for Borchard.

I like Gordon. Something about a 96 MPH fastball and a filthy curve attract me. If I was Manuel, I would have walked Vizquel, THEN borught in Marte for Lawton. Lefty lefty matchup makes more sense to me.

The line on Kris: 6 IP 3 H 2 BB 6 SO http://sports.espn.go.com/minorlbb/boxscor...ONSLM&gamenum=0

I live in one of the, oh, four counties in Indiana that actually uses DST. Doesn't make any sense at all.

Watch them bring out the, "it's only been a week!" excuse. Eh, I'll be showing off my Crede jersey tomorrow. Pathetic that the Cubs lose 2/3 to the Reds. And to think they were gloating about the Sox being swept by the Royals.
-
Yeah, 3-3 baby! Oh, and what's the Cubs record, now? 3-3, dumbf***s!!! Those Cub fans at school are going to get a new one ripped tomorrow! I CAN'T WAIT!!!

Sox game starting soon, I'll just include the box scores. Winston-Salem 6 Kinston 2 http://sports.espn.go.com/minorlbb/boxscor...ONSLM&gamenum=0 Ruddy yan goes 4/5; 1 SB, 1 CS. Kannapolis 9 Lake County 13 Webster 1/6, Gonzalez 2/5, Valera 2/4 http://sports.espn.go.com/minorlbb/boxscor...OUNTY&gamenum=0 Birmingham 3 Greenville 2 Cotts with the win http://sports.espn.go.com/minorlbb/boxscor...NGHAM&gamenum=0 Charlotte 7 Richmond 4 Borchard 1/4, RBI Miles 2/4 Cooper wins, Sanders with the save. http://sports.espn.go.com/minorlbb/boxscor...HMOND&gamenum=0

Yofu, almost a bad a name as Ruddy Yan. Haven't heard of Yofu at all, surprising.

Box scores haven't been posted on CBS Sporstline, but I did snag some stats from BA.com. Charlotte defeated Richmond (ATL) 7-6. Joe Borchard went 3-4, all singles, with 2 RBI. He walked once, did not strikeout. Cliff Brumbaugh went 3-3 with a single, double, and a HR. He had two RBIs. Scott Morgan went 3-4 with a HR, 2 RBI as well. Jon Adkins picked up the win for the Knights, giving up one hit through five and a third innings. He walked two, struck out three. Arnaldo Munoz pitched 2/3 of an inning, giving up 5 ER. Edwin Almonte picked up the save. Birmingham defeated Greenville (ATL) 6-2. Ryan Hankins went 3-4 with a HR and 2 RBI. Daylan Holt went 0-4 with 4 K. Corwin Malone was wild, but picked up the win. Corwin logged 5 IP, giving up 2 ER, while striking out 2, walking 4. Clay Eason pitched very well, logging 2 IP, striking out 5, and giving up three hits. Royce Ring pitched a scoreless 8th and 9th. Winston-Salem did not play. Kannapolis lost to someone, by some score. CBS Sportsline does not have a score, or a schedule. Julio Reyes went 2-4 with 2 RBI. Andy Gonzalez and Anthony Webster went 1 for 4 and 1 for 5, respectively. Julio Castro picked up the loss.

I'm never going to hear the end of this. Hmph.
-
My article was the first one on the new site!!! Wewtwetewtewghfahfajk!
-
Yeah, and Joe Saunders is going to be out for the year, as well. Good thing we didn't listen to the "experts" and got Royce Ring.
-
I was JUST going to post this, Steff! Gives me a slight glimmer of hope, at least.
-
Manuel should do all Sox fans a favor and leave right now. Bring up Backman.
-
Two games and we're going apes***. This is why I love being a Sox fan, we actually f***ing care. Sickens me that we're 0-2, after facing the f***ing Royals of all teams. Garland better pitch amazingly tomorrow, because we know he is going to get NO run support at all. That, and Miguel Ascencio is pitching tomorrow. I'm sensing another loss.
-
Great idea, dumbf***. Have your 2 hitter bunt on 2-0, 3-1, and 3-2 when the closer can't even find home plate. What a f***ing MORON. 0-2 to start the season, fantastic.

Why Cub fans are dumbasses, Reason #40559343843309

I got absolutely slammed today at school. It was horrible. I told a Cub fan this, though: "Wait 'til it's Memorial Day and I'll ram the Cubs record down your throat." Shut her up. -
