White Sox vs. Indians, 4/5/07 (W)
QUOTE(southsideirish71 @ Apr 5, 2007 -> 01:21 PM) Odd they were able to move the runner without the batter squaring around to bunt. I never want to see a bunt again with a man on 2nd and no outs. I think there was 2ks on Erstad at the time, my head would have exploded if Oz tried that

QUOTE(RockRaines @ Apr 5, 2007 -> 01:21 PM) This kid throws softer than Buehrle that usually means doom for the Sox

well, tricky LHP against the Sox lineup, Sizemore probably gave them all the support they needed

White Sox vs. Indians, 4/4/07 (L)
QUOTE(fathom @ Apr 4, 2007 -> 04:50 PM) The Indians offense will be better this year than it was last year, and our pitching is massively overrated. Positive games for Aardsma and Erstad though.....160 more games left in the Pods era. 0-4 with a caught stealing..stay hot! Yeah, the Pods thing has to be over... if you don't trade for another OF, but BA in center or left, have Erstad play the other OF position and use Mack as the replacement.

boy, I hate to make a snap judgment 2 games into the season, but this is just the same old story. It seems they are swinging for the fences, can't get clutch outs in pitching, can't execute... basically they just seem lifeless out there.

reading the trib synopsis, I guess the Cleveland OF fell down and caught the ball while he was on the ground

White Sox vs. Indians, 4/4/07 (L)
unreal, lead-off double and it's wasted. Well, Cleveland got the mo back, watch them put up 3-4 in the top

White Sox vs. Indians, 4/4/07 (L)
I agree with the bunt call, Iguchi HAS to get that down

QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Apr 4, 2007 -> 01:20 PM) So, will it be a CS or a SB? Taking votes... with this strikezone today, I hope Ozzie lays off for a few batters

ok, might not have looked pretty against Hafner and Martinez, but I'll take the goose egg

QUOTE(Controlled Chaos @ Apr 4, 2007 -> 01:14 PM) not watching, but from what Farmer is saying...they are good pitches. boy, with these lineups, a tight strike zone could lead to a LONG and high scoring game.

QUOTE(Balta1701 @ Apr 4, 2007 -> 01:13 PM) I see no problem at all with a 4 pitch walk to Hafner. I'm more of the philosophy that he could hit it 1000feet and it's only 1-0, instead of letting the clean-up hit a two run homer

QUOTE(Jenks Heat @ Apr 4, 2007 -> 01:06 PM) 7-2 Indians Buerhle stops the bleeding tomorrow. Need to hit Westbrook. Last year Sabathia was 9-12 when not facing the Sox Westbrook was 12-10. Combined they were 7-0 against the Sox. Game on. That is crazy. Wasn't Rogers similar to that for the 2nd half with the Sox and the rest of the league?

Work Out Question
There's a program called "Big Beyond Belief" my friend has the book, and I will see who wrote it, but you may want to try googling it. With that said, the percentage of "lean mass" you want to put on is HIGH. I would imagine you're going to struggle to do it with legal supplements. Be careful, remember a break for a few days for muscle repair can do wonders.
