At least they are home against PSU and Michigan but those 1st 3 games are all against what I would call Top 15-20 teams for sure next year, hell they may all be top 10 type teams. Michigan State gives ND problems and Purdue is usually solid. Than they get to an easier stretch, thats assuming UCLA isn't as good as they are this year (and they will be losing quite a few of there weapons). So if somehow they can roll through that tough start, they got USC (UNC is the only decent team near the end aside from the Trojans). That USC game COULD and I mean COULD be the type of game that decides who goes to the national championship. But thats one hell of a schedule to have to get through.

The way I see it...OSU probably beats them. I don't think much of PSU and I think on a good day Iowa could give them a run for there money but I think in the end ND's secondary is stronger than Iowa's and that Nd's offense is better than Iowa's (I happen to think Iowa has a very strong offense). So basically put, I think OSU clearly could take them, and that the PSU and Iowa games would be games. They are better than the rest of the Big 10 though. Of course people would argue that I'm a homer when it comes to Iowa. I still they right now they are playing very good football and If I were a highly ranked team I wouldn't want to play them. The Hawks are a well coached team who have been in big games before and they aren't afraid of them. Plus they have as much talent and skill as most of the best teams in the country. We know how I feel though, I Think there are more than a few over-rated Top 10-15 teams this year.

ITI knows jack. I'd ignore this, until you hear it reported elsewhere. 100 million, LOL. Maybe if its 6 yr deal with 3 option years that would make it a 9 year deal. There is zero way to spin a 6 year deal as being worth 100 mill when your name is Rafael Furcal. Also, call me crazy, but that proposed Rangers deal doesn't make enough sense. I'd have to see a couple better prospects involved, but that deal may have some life.

For a second the game looked like it was over, but ISU's TD was taken away upon further review. It was the right call, imo. The ball was not in posession when his foot was down and by the time his elbow went down in the endzone his body had already landed out of bounds.
