I'm a Crede backer and have been for a while. I'm hoping Joe can pull through and I kind of think he's gonna be a large part in why the Sox offense shocks a lot of people and once again is a top 7 offense in baseball.

QUOTE(greasywheels121 @ Mar 30, 2005 -> 06:37 PM) I think the pizza's enough as it is. I have friends that put ranch on their pizza. I don't get that one. I tried it once, not sure why, but all you taste is the ranch. What the hell is the point of that? Ya I haven't figured out that either. Plus Pizza is bad enough for you as it is (tastes darn good though) so why make it even worse for ya and drench it in ranch.

Personally I like the snippets by ya Jabroni. When I'm busy I can only browse and the articles are helpful, especially since you quote just the important parts of them.

Funny thing. I had heard Walker and Adkins were already demoted. Adkins is supposed to be in Charlotte along with Bmac. Thomas will be placed on the DL. The roster is set from what I know. Zuna is the 25th man and Cotts makes the roster as well. Only question is whether Davis is dealt and Widger replaces him.

QUOTE(AssHatSoxFan @ Mar 30, 2005 -> 06:41 PM) how can you not even consider ben gordon for ROY...he puts up just as good scoring OFF the bench in LESS minutes per game for a WINNING team in the PLAYOFF race although as evidenced by lebron winning last year it wont come down to that fact but just saying you cannot dismiss him so easily Not discounting him, but I think Okafor does more things. Whose more valuable, Gordon, simply because he's playing for a winning team and has had so many huge 4th quarters. Still, I think you have to look at it that Gordon is a scorer, Okafor is many things and plays starter minutes. I think in the end Gordon's lack of minutes is what will keep him from winning the award. I wouldn't complain if he did though cause it will be a tough choice. Part of me says give it to Gordon simply because he's helping a team into the playoffs. On a sidenote, Wizards win.

I still say. Either a player has to play in college for 2 years or they go pro out of high school. Yes it would mean more high schoolers go in, but it would also ensure that when someone goes to college they are at least there for 2 seasons. Still, I don't necessarily have too much of a problem with the current policy. I think it would be an atrocity to hold back highschoolers. Lebron, Amare, Dwight Howard have all shown the past year and a half that they are very capable making the jump straight and frankly too many others have as well. I know there are tons of failures, but this guys deserve to play as long as an NBA team is willing to pick them up.

He did have a really good year, but ASU blows and all his ability still did nothing for the team. ASU always seems to have a pretty good scorer and I doubt Dioku will amount to too much. Personally I prefer some of the other forwards, but he'll go in the 1st, imo.

2 point game with 14.6 seconds left and Larry Hughes on the line.

QUOTE(qwerty @ Mar 30, 2005 -> 06:36 PM) I was about to change it i skipped right over it. So that would mean the teams will play twice down the stretch? Cause at least usually teams play each other 4 times.

Don't ask me, I had the Bobcats feed. Holy cripes...for 3 quarters they were drubbing how Okafor should be rookie of the year. Then in the 4th all they could do was tip there cap to Gordon. Still, Okafor should be rookie of the year because he's played a ton more minutes and has been a big part of the season. Gordon should be 6th man of the year.

MLB Doctor in trouble of resume mistakes
Chisoxfn replied to Texsox's topic in Alex’s Olde Tyme Sports Pub
I saw someone talking about this for about 5 minutes on ESPN this morning. Personally I paid no attention to it because I really don't see where it makes much of a difference. MLB has a new policy in place thats light years better then the previous one. Thats all that matters to me. Of course the Doctor is a total ass clown and is lying out of his ass saying it was an accidental mistake. HAHAHA. -
Juan Dixon hit both free throws making it a 4 point game.

QUOTE(qwerty @ Mar 30, 2005 -> 06:32 PM) That was bad on his part but pargo stepped up tonight. Ya he did. He wasnt' even all that crappy defensively tonight. Really hit some big buckets too. Anyone wanna recken Tyson gets a game suspension or so?

QUOTE(T R U @ Mar 30, 2005 -> 05:42 PM) your sick Couldn't of said it better myself. That just sounds nasty.

QUOTE(southsider2k5 @ Mar 30, 2005 -> 06:30 PM) And it was over Breezec to top it off. Ya, that was a sick three. I was going nuts when he hit that. That was just an insane 4th quarter by Ben, especially the last few minutes, every single possession other then the turnover pretty much resulted in a Big Ben basket.

Al Harrington called for an offensive foul and Arenas acted into an offensive foul so its a 2 Wiz point lead with about 20 seconds left and Wiz have the ball.
-
Arenas hits a layup and its 97-95 Wiz.
-
Hawks-Wiz game 95-95 with 50.1 seconds left. I got it on so I'll keep everyone updated. A loss means the Bulls are tied with Washington for the 4th seed. Don't know who has the tiebreaker.
-
I'd just love to see them get the home court in the 1st round and somehow pass the Wizards.
-
Holy s***...Gordon scores the last 16 points for the Bulls and just dominated in the 4th with 22 points. WOWZERS was he looking good out there. Kept hitting bucket after bucket. BULLS WIN
-
Pike had some key plays today though qwerty.
-
Pargo just picked up his 5th foul though. He's a darn good shooter, but god awful defensively.
-
Going to close this one and let it end. I don't like old threads like this being bumped for no reason.
-
Bulls down 8 and Brezec is on the line for 1 more. Looking absolutely pathetic.
-
I think he just got a shot in the eye, but that lineup that was out there was looking pathetic. Bulls just have zero offensive presence. Gordon needs to get in there.
