  1. America by far is the biggest contributor to the rest of the world. Without all the aid we give, their are numerous places that would be in trouble. Gimme a break. He won this election decisively and proved that the American People are still behind him (even though a loud segment is against him).
  2. MSNBC and Fox News did this rather early. I was surprised with 100% in that CNN/CBS/ABC didn't. I mean their was no sense to seeing why you wouldn't call it. Their were many states that went both ways with far less margin of victory that were called.
  3. 4 More Years Baby Now gotta get myself back to watching the news. My prediction: Iowa, Ohio, Nevada and New Mexico all go for Bush.
  4. I'm sick of all the goddamn bulls*** of how evil republicans are. I swear to god, never in my life have I told someone not to vote or anything else. Yet somehow the democratic party goes out and makes these big hububs that the republican party is the party for disenfranchising people and all this other s***. Fact, their is going to be f***ups on both sides. Hopefully they'll even each other out.
  5. It took me a little over an hour to vote, but its done

Typically interest only loans mean you just pay the interest for 60 months and then you start paying principal. Its a nice deal if you have a rental property or if you don't plan on living at the property for an extended period of time. Plus it keeps more cash in your pocket for investment or whatever else you want to do. It all depends on what you'd use the risidual cash on. If you guys have any questions on loans, just ask me, its what I do

Yahtzee....Zero......Happy Bday Hope its a really good one and I'm sure you'll get in a little more San Andreas too
  8. So you want a little convincing. Vote Bush..., well how come...."Come on.....Come on".
  9. Ya, thats Cheat's blog. Great blog to read (for those that haven't checked it out) and those projections also had a couple other oddities, one of which was Escobar hitting 24 hr's and Takatsu with an ERA on the 4's. These aren't numbers Cheat came up with, but something another guy does using past stats and what not to come up with some formula for the upcoming numbers. I wonder how he does it for Takatsu who doesn't have any major league numbers and then who knows when it comes to Escobar, but 24 hr's, thats some stinking confidence.
  10. Ok, if were going to give up Garland and Lee couldn't the Sox get a younger ace? For example Mark Mulder, etc, since Oakland has their entire big 3 on the block (although they will only trade one of them).

Abstinence is too hard considering their is nothing wrong with sex as long as its consensual. My theory is teach teens to wait until they are ready (no this doesn't necessarily mean marriage, just means till they are mentally mature enough to handle a physical relationship). And hammer to death the use of contraceptives and safe sex.
  12. I'll watch FoxNews primarily, but as usual I'll flip to CNN/CBS (to see their bias...if I see them saying Bush is going to win, then I'll be feeling quite confident ). I'll also check out MSNBC, but I'm not much of a fan of them. I know one thing, I will not be watching Hardball...Chris Matthews = Jagoff in my book. I'll just wait and see. I hope that we know who won on Tuesday night/Wednesday morning.
  13. See if it is Konerko and Garland for Randy Johnson I make this deal. I fully believe in Ross Gload and think he's more then capable. However, I am still hoping somehow KW checks out this board, calls the Angels up and the Guillen/Erstad for Konerko deal goes down. That deal still leaves the Sox open to deal Lee in a package for the Unit, while still keeping some caliber bats. Their are so many ways the Sox can go this off-season, all end up with a similar result, the question is which pieces are going to be here. We'll find out soon enough.
  14. Here's what i did. I wetn to the map and went over the disk and hit circle. It creates a target thats always their and super easy to see so I can always get back to the save point.

Steff, if you had experience with something like this, then I'd be running far far away if I saw you at SoxFest
  16. Oh ya, I had trouble with that one soley because I kept damaging the car. On the map you'll see something in green, go to it and its the repair shop.

I don't think its the case in California or at least I haven't heard of it.
  18. Welcome aboard USAF
  19. Oh no, I agree with his actual voting record (and the leftness of it). I don't agree with a lot of his issues, but at the same time I can honestly say he's so much better then John Kerry...which is all I'm saying. The only democratic I would of even considered voting for in this election was Lieberman and well he didn't get much support. I just don't agree with the policies and ideology of the democratic party. However, at least so far it seems as if Obama is sincere and actually sticks to his message. Kerry is saying so many things that completely contradict with his entire record and people are buying it. It absolutely kills me to watch Kerry's speaches. So many people complain so much about Bush, but I stick to my opinions, he's a pretty straight shooter, especially for a politician. Wasn't Ditka going to be the persona they were going to put on the ballot instead of Keyes, but he decided to hold out. I got a feeling next time around Ditka will be running for some sort of elected position in Illinois.
  20. Ya, exactly.
  21. Just tell me when you guys head the democratic ticket cause I'll make sure to be on the republican ticket
  22. Their were numerous reasons for Kelly not pitching this year, all of them health related. First off he did suffer from the dead arm and battled through a lot of other arm related injuries as well. Even when he was pitching last year he was unable to pitch more then 2 times a week and wasn't very effective when he was in. I do wish Kelly nothing but the best. He is a class act. Also, their wasn't really much of a fall out.
  23. I heard a sports columnist from Boston talking about Derek Lowe and said that after his post-season he's expecting to command potentially 10 million plus a year. Personally I dont think a postseason makes you worth that considering his regular season numbers were horrid. Thats just me, but he does have good stuff and if he happened to be out their cheaper it could be an option.
  24. I think this would be a very good option. Of course I think you can insert any of the solid FA candidates in here as well as Percival as a bullpen option. But ya, I'd be down with something along these lines and pretty much making no major trades. The question is how the Sox want to go about things.
