God that was piece of s*** receiving on that final drive. Two mega easy catches were dropped and it cost them the game. LSU will take a big time hit in the polls.

Game Over LSU's QB makes a good pass and LSU's receiver drops it and it goes into the hands of Auburns DB for an interception. If the receiver holds onto the ball they are in field goal range. However...flag on the play, but probably celebration.

Oh ya, for another overrated team at this point...Georgia. Another one of those good defefensive teams that is going to get bit in the ass if they can't figure out a way to improve on offense.

I also don't think Iowa is a top 12 team at this point. I really like Iowa's defense and I think they have a very good running back in Lewis (who did good against ISU in his first start after being suspended the first game of the year), but they have to work on their execution and what not. Todays game will be a real test for them in Tempe against the Sun Devils. 2nd and 10 now with 22 seconds left and LSU has two timeouts and they are on their own 47.

It sucks Setta is gone from ND. I can't wait, this is going to be the first ND game I've got to see all year, other then the final two minutes of that s***ty ass BYU game. Stupid ass traffic school cost me last weeks awesome game at Michigan. Hopefully they play good from the start this week against the Spartans.

Well a minute to go and the redshirt freshman qb is going to have to do it again for LSU. They are at their own 30 or so and they just had a pass dropped that would of been about an eight yard gain and out of bounds. Now their are 46 seconds left.

By the way Alex, that had to of been a hell of a ISU game. The score kept going back and forth, but they were able to pull it off in the end.

Well my closers will likely be out there, unless I nkow as a fact Krod will be closing next year. However, Graves will probably be there. Imo, closers appear every year, kind of like Kolb and Cordero this year.

What stupid idiots LSU is, they make a personal foul and Auburn gets to redo the extra point.

Holy s***...another botched extra point, I've never seen a luckier team then LSU when it comes to whiffed extra points. However, their is a flag on the play. Still 9-9

Then got a touchdown. 9-9, an extra point gives Auburn the lead.

Dan you should be happy, NU with a big win over Kansas who Shuf has been talking up. My Hawks go tonight and ND in an hour or so. Been watching football the whole day and its been great. Michigan got really lucky, they were definately outplayed in my book and it was at the big house. LSU's defense is playing good, but their offense is going to have to figure things out eventually if they want a shot to defend the national title. However, their defense can at least bide them time, even though they got lucky their first game. However as I type it, Auburn gets a td and takes a 10-9 lead.

If it's either Konerko or ElCaballo that has to go
Are you crazy....when the Sox released Mike Jackson it was really a favor to the Cubs who are going to pick him up as their closer for next year. In exchange for our services they are giving us Prior and Zambrono

cris or dom?
I'm not really a champagne person. Nor would I spend that much money on champagne. I'd much rather buy me an assload of grey goose (although I can't afford that either, lol). I'll stick to Coors Light, Miller Light, and Shiner Bock with the ocassional red wine.

If it's either Konerko or ElCaballo that has to go
Personally I could see keeping both, but the Sox need to get a left handed bat and improve their defense. However, for them to add more pitching, which I want, I think one of them will have to go. I like Lee better because he hits for a better average and plays a little tougher position (lf isn't that difficult though) plus he isn't quite the clog on the basepath. However, Konerko has a better eye, more power, and is a smarter hitter. I have no problem keeping both, but then they will have to find other ways to add some different type of bats, while still adding a left handed power hitter. Hell, if this offense had a top of the order (essentially a leadoff hitter, cause Rowand is good in the 2 hole) and a left handed bat somewhere in the middle of the lineup I'd be happy. Leadoff - SS Rowand Thomas Konerko Carlos Lefty Hitter - RF Uribe/Crede Ben Davis/Jamie Burke Willie I wouldn't really have a problem with that. Of course I'm one of the few that still would just get rid of Thomas and have a healthy Everett (assuming he gets in good shape and I have a feeling he does) and then go with something else in RF, but thats just me and I know it won't happen.

Bears sign Russell; Waive Anderson
I'm a huge Russel fan. I wanted the Bears to draft him and now that he's on the practice squad I'm a happy camper. Hopefully he can play his way onto the roster.

'05 Josh Fields
No doubt he'll be in Bham. If Crede sucks and the Sox suck, you could even see him up in September. Although thats really really really pushing it. He made awesome strides at the end of the year and his power is definately there. That bomb he hit to dead center when Cerb, me, Show, and molto were there was sick.
