I don't mean to imply where there aren't situations that it's deserved. Retail and restaurants come to mind quickly. But I would think that at a bank, or financial institution, or "office", that a 21 year old shouldn't be a lead. There are always exceptions. Some people are good leaders and can handle it.

Welcome to the era (starting with us 30 somethings, actually) of kids sitting in front of tv and picking up EVERYTHING from it. It's no wonder that kids can't think for themselves anymore, no one teaches them to anymore, it's so much easier to just plop 'em in front of the tv to fend for themselves.

But even in bankruptcy you still have to pay taxes.

IF this guy is so sincere and apologetic, then he should donate his money that he's making OFF 9/11 (no hypocrisy here) to the families fund. I don't see that happening in this lifetime.

This is exactly right - as long as Kerry does one very important thing that Clinton never did, and that's RESPECT them. That's why they like GWB so much, because he "respects the man in uniform". I won't discuss if that's true or not, but that is certainly the perception.

You know why this is? People are inherently lazy. If the government can do it all for them, and take care of them, they don't have any responsibility. *GASP* PEOPLE MIGHT HAVE TO THINK ABOUT THEIR OWN RETIREMENT... if SOCIAL SECURITY ISN'T THERE. OMG! Naaaah, it's just easier to have the government subsidize us all, Social Security is, after all, a God Given Right. (As are most government entitlements according to most "leftists".) I'm not saying that private industry is perfect, no, it's not, but the government has become so efficient at being inefficient that it's just pure disgusting.

It varies by state statues. Most are two years statue of limitations, some are one. I don't know Colorado's.
