  1. QUOTE(EvilJester99 @ Feb 18, 2008 -> 09:43 PM) I read on one of the other Hawks boards that Richmond had emergency surgery to remove his spleen. He is out for the remainder of the season. Yea I saw that too. Isn't that the same surgery Chris Simms had? Hopefully he recovers nicely.
  2. I once whored myself to doin a couple of fat chicks for fifty bucks. I still hold a record from my karate school (Sholin style) for becoming the fastest/youngest to reach brown belt, 3rd Q (1 yr. 8 months (..ish close to two)- 10 [close to 11] yrs. old)
  3. Masset isn't the only reliever who is getting praised.
  4. LOL I saw it earlier. Here's the video. Brett Myers punks Kendrick Myers.. "You just got traded for the hot dog eater!!"
  5. Italian Fiesta. Best pizza ever made on gods green earth. Deep Dish (Lou's especially) is a very close second.
  6. QUOTE(Shadows @ Feb 17, 2008 -> 04:01 PM) You don't have to touch the rim for it to be a dunk, the Superman was a dunk Preach Tru. You know your s***.
  7. D12 singlehandedly brought back the creativity of the dunk contest. I'm glad I saw it yesterday. Just plain sick.
  8. EDIT: Just fresh off the press. Sox pay tribute to NIU
  9. QUOTE(Tony82087 @ Feb 16, 2008 -> 05:35 PM) Scraps. Crede is worth very little right now. Correct. But if Joe has a good spring, it could change things especially with Sabean over there. I'm gonna hold out hope for... let's say.. Jonathan Sanchez (SF would rather shop Lowry) who has good stuff and can bring it (95+) and hasn't been given a real chance yet, even though he is better as a starter (only 25 yrs. but still a bit raw, lefties only hit .197 off him last season) Getting him for Crede alone would be excellent. Sanchez
  10. Prayers go out to everyone involved, their families, and every NIU student/staff member.
  11. QUOTE(Shadows @ Feb 14, 2008 -> 09:34 PM) Yessssssssss!!!! Still no failed test eat s*** Bonds haters.. Barry is the man!!
  12. Danks track record (minors and all) show he'll have a bounceback season (11-13 wins, 4.05-4.15 era) and shock others Whitesox will draft Christian Friedrich (ST brass goes who? as usual with our picks) I will be insanely pissed (If Melville is still there, we will shock the world, and there will be lots of happy fans except the ones who wanted Smoak or Hosmer, if still there) Gavin will be sub-par (10-12 wins, 4.70+-4.95 era) Quentin (if they play him enough) will have a monster season (.294-26-98-.878) Broadway (who will have a good spring) will spot start and take over late in the season (Count DL) Richar.. average/above avg. year (.250-.265 15hrs 60-63 rbis .768-.778 ops) Swisher's average will go up like it has every year since he's been in a full season (.275-.282) Fields cuts his K's and BB's more Javy will have a down year.. for his standards (12-14 wins 3.90-4.25 era) Buehrle will make some kind of history. Pierzynski has an awful/below average year batting avg. wise (power/rbis still there 10-13 hrs 35-45 rbis) (Lucy is ugh/eh.. at aaa) Dye/Kong decline HR wise. BOONE has a good season Ehren wins the final BP spot (KW eats crow, trades Masset) Got some others, but I'll stop.

    TV Show Ideas

Anything with Jason getting regection after regection with women would be hilarious, sad, and cool cause you know, he's the creator. All you would in a TV show. Also seeing the true identity of Leroy Jenkins. Oh, oh, and you always have to get a shot at a dog with the shifty eyes seeing why Jason is getting regected so much.. Dun, dun, dun..... The creator of ST vs. His arch nemesis... A female companion. Will he seel the deal? Can he finally get laid? Could he get herpes? Will Leroy just charge in and get killed? Dun... dun.. dun... dun... nun... nunnnn....sfgtjhyjhfgjh...
  14. Official. Lang with the goal. Hat trick for Buff denied. His ass better settle for two.
  15. QUOTE(knightni @ Feb 12, 2008 -> 10:30 PM) This is the first year that we haven't gone trolling for old, injury-prone hitters that are coming off of a down year. Quentin's young. Or we might have, but the trade got nitched somehow.
  16. QUOTE(bmags @ Feb 12, 2008 -> 04:46 PM) i can't believe this. Believe it. Hell, we were a solid physical short of getting Otsuka for Chris Carter earlier this offseason but he miserably failed it. (he was released days later, luckally we turn the deal into Quentin) The best trades are the ones not made for some instances.
  17. If he puts his foot high enough, he can kick alot of people's asses.
  18. Well, it looks like some of our guys (mainly young players) will get some stats up alittle bit now (doesn't hurt that Johan is gone as well.) QUOTE(DBAH0 @ Feb 12, 2008 -> 04:45 PM) The Twins should have just gone with one of their young starters such as Glen Perkins, and use the $5M more wisely (e.g on relievers, a hitter for their lineup). Definitely. Hell, even a signing bonus for a high/overslot draft pick would have helped for the future (even if that really isn't their M.O.)
  19. I'll probably ask some chick at my job or a female friend, since I'm very romantic. also because it's been a year since I've been with someone. Simple rose and poetry will get er done.
  20. PM me more about it, and I might be interested to take my ownage to the league.
  21. QUOTE(Brian @ Feb 11, 2008 -> 08:09 PM) I know I said I thought Venom was the hottest, but I am on the Crush bandwagon. Bout damn time you developed good taste.. There's plenty of room on the bandwagon.
  22. Any player that is born in the 80's, since you know, it's the best decade. So yes, Fields, Danks, Quentin, Booner, Swisher-house, Jenks etc... even Owens. (The young, the proud, the future) Only players I like that are older... Buehrle, (who is pretty damn close to the 80's anyway) Vazquez, Thome.
