There is Feliz's Carlos Marmol syndrome. Alexei is a great fastball hitter too.

You can't help but watch a young kid like Feliz pitch (and Andrus play SS). I don't think I've ever been so giddy watching a sox game.

Feliz's stuff is unreal, but he does have Carlos Marmol syndrome of walking guys. Once he is a bit more consistent in the strike zone, he'll be a stellar closer just like Marmol.
