Saw Kingsmen last night. Pretty fun but you could tell that it was low-budget. I enjoyed the dark comedy/violence but my wife wasn't that interested. I'd say it's a solid rental - 3.5 stars out of 5.

I'd be fine with Erik Johnson, Avasail Garcia, Matt Davidson, and Hector Noesi for Upton. None of those guys is going to do much in the majors on the Sox. I just don't think that it's going to get done without Anderson or Montas involved, which I'm against.

When you're struggling around .500, it's really hard to trade top prospects for a guy that will probably not even re-sign with you. I'd love Upton. He's an amazing player. I just don't think he's worth emptying the system for if he's gone in 2 months.

I wonder if it would be a death-knell to the Rays franchise if they traded Longoria.

I'd love for them to get a 3B, but anyone out there that can help is extremely expensive and not worth their future contract.
